Shipping policy

JÉA offers complimentary international shipping on all orders. Once your order is received, it will be processed and shipped within three business days (unless otherwise noted on the product page). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can easily follow your package’s journey.

Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days from the date of delivery. While the original shipping is free, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. To initiate a return, reach out to contact@andrearicci.ca
